For over a decade, LauRyn has served as an educator in a variety of capacities from preschool to higher education. Those positions included classroom teacher, academic advisor, retention specialist, school counselor, Associate Director of a federal college access program, and she is currently the Associate Director of Student Success at a mid-sized university. Serving in these positions allowed her to see the importance of holistic student development which has since become a large part of her student engagement and leadership philosophy.
